Ik werk in asset-intensieve productie- en infrastructuuromgevingen waar operations, maintenance en performance uit balans raken. Waar dingen niet volledig stilvallen, maar ook niet lopen zoals ze zouden moeten.

Ik kom niet met rapporten of frameworks. Ik breng structuur, duidelijke prioriteiten en uitvoering, op de vloer én met management. Omdat als het niet werkt in de dagelijkse operatie, het überhaupt niet werkt.

De focus is altijd hetzelfde: grip krijgen op operations, onderhoud, backlog en overall performance. Niet als losse onderwerpen, maar als één systeem dat moet werken.

I work in asset-intensive production and infrastructure environments where operations, maintenance and performance fall out of balance. Where things don't break down completely, but don't run the way they should either.

I don't come in with reports or frameworks. I bring structure, clear priorities and execution, on the floor and with management. Because if it doesn't work in daily operations, it doesn't work at all.

The focus is always the same: getting control over operations, maintenance, backlog and overall performance. Not as separate topics, but as one system that needs to work.
